Cancellation Policy
I get that life happens, cancellations are inevitable. As a client, you are allowed ONE cancellation/missed session outside of policy, which will be documented in your chart. After this one time pardon, you will be charged within the cancellation policy as follows:
More than 24 hours before apt = no charge
Less than 24 hours before apt = 50% charge of service
No show = Full charge of service
